EasyTeleMed

EasyTeleMed is a flexible, configurable and customizable telemedicine platform for remote monitoring of users health. It is certified as a class II/A medical device according to the EU Medical Device Regulation 2017/745 and GDPR-compliant, meeting all privacy and security requirements. EasyTeleMed, already used by thousands of users across the country, provides remote monitoring of vital parameters before, during and after sporting activities, giving a complete view of users health status. EasyTeleMed also simplifies the issuing of non-competitive medical certificates, allowing the acquisition of measurements directly in the gym with the possible remote presence of sports doctors. Remote monitoring and visits are also used outside sport, for oneseld or for distant relatives, even with health professionals, offering real-time management and monitoring services reachable at any time and any place. EasyTeleMed consists of a web application (EMR Plus), for displaying measurements acquired on the territory, and mobile applications (Home, Professional and Professional v. Point of Care), for acquiring vital parameters with Bluetooth biomedical sensors or manual input. Measurable parameters are ECG, heart rate, blood pressure, blood glucose, weight, SpO2, temperature, spirometry and auscultation. Home is the mobile application for the individual user, even non-expert with technology, which allows the acquisition of measurements according to a customized plan or at any time. Professional and Professional v. Point of Care are the mobile applications for the management of multiple users through a single device during medical examinations, which can be used respectively in healthcare facilities (eg hospitals, nursing homes) and not (eg gyms, pharmacies). In each case, the transmission of collected data to EMR Plus is automatic and in real time (with Internet connectivity).
